Cooke STEM Academy Takes Steps to Reuse!
The Green Team at Cooke STEM Academy may be new to the DPSCD Go Green Challenge this year, but they are off to a great start!
The Green Team, led by School Coordinator Ms. Singleton, has a monthly challenge going to see who can get the most creative with reusable items from home! The challenge asks students to take items they might otherwise throw out, such as cardboard or aluminum foil, and create something new with it.
This is a great way for the students to learn how to reduce, reuse, and recycle!
